Mouldbase SA Announce Launch of the New Yizumi SK II Injection Moulding Machine Range

We are very pleased to announce the launch of the new Yizumi SK II range. This range of machine was developed to counter the cheaper Chinese machines on offer as well as the cheaper models in the other big manufaacturers stable.

Injection moulding machine SK II Range

The SK II is almost identical to the well-known A5 model which has been so successful in this market. The clamping and injection units are virtually size for size compared to the to the A5 and the price has been reduced by offering slightly less in the other features. A few examples are:

  • 2 plug points for ancillaries
  • No proportional back pressure
  • No robot interface
  • No vertical T slots on the platens
  • A slightly smaller screen
  • A different servo motor and pump is used and there are a few different features as the sizes increase.

These machines are by no means inferior in quality and performance to the A5 model.
The range is manufactured in the same factory by the same people with the same quality control and component suppliers.

The SK II range is currently for injection moulding machines from 90 ton to 480 ton
